Czechitas is a non-profit organization that helps aspiring developers to start their journey in tech. I am very happy that I have a chance to give back to the community that helped me so much at the beginning of my career. Now, as a coach in Czechitas, I am providing hands-on coaching in online HTML/CSS, JS, React and UX/UI courses, helping to develop not only technical skills but also build confidence in beginners, inspire them and support.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Native

Found my perfect match at Native, where my language background meets tech. Working on innovative messaging products with real-time AI-powered translation capabilities has been incredibly fulfilling. I've grown significantly as a developer, mastering React, Next.js, and diving into backend technologies. The role allows me to combine my passion for UX/UI design, product thinking and contributing to products that break down language barriers.

Frontend Developer

Superkoders

Through intensive self-learning and professional courses, I began my journey in frontend development. This period helped me build a strong foundation in coding principles, atomic design architecture, and product thinking, while learning to tailor solutions to diverse client needs. In my first frontend role, I adopted key frontend best practices that still shape how I build and structure my work today.

Project Coordinator

Enkom a.s.

I began my career part-time as an Office Manager during my studies and quickly grew into a Project Coordinator role, where I discovered my passion for dynamic work in a multinational environment. I coordinated international projects in Russian-speaking countries, using both Russian and English on a daily basis when communicating with foreign partners. Although I enjoyed this work, the challenging job market ultimately led me to make a bold decision — to pivot my career toward software development.

2015 — 2017

Master Degree

Masaryk University in Brno

I completed a Master’s program in Russian-language Translation & Interpreting at Masaryk University, Brno. During my Master’s studies, I focused on technical translation with the goal of pursuing a career in the commercial sphere after graduation. This path was challenging, as it required not only linguistic precision but also building technical knowledge across specialized fields.

2012 — 2015

Bachelor Degree

Masaryk University in Brno

I’ve always been passionate about foreign languages, which led me to study Russian at bachelor’s level with a focus on Commercial Practice. Combining language and business helped me understand how language skills can be used in practical, real-world contexts.
